Capability building · New

Technology transforms. People sustain it.

The organisations that thrive in the era of AI are the ones whose people are equipped for it. We build lasting capability in your teams — in digital, in AI, and in leadership.

Stream 01

Digital capability

Hands-on development of the digital skills your organisation needs — modern ways of working, data literacy, product thinking. We work alongside your teams on real work, so the capability stays when we leave.

  • Ways of working
  • Data literacy
  • Product & delivery skills
Stream 02

AI capability

Adopt AI practically and responsibly — identify where it creates real value, embed it into everyday workflows, and build the skills and governance to use it well. We teach what we practise.

  • AI opportunity mapping
  • Hands-on adoption
  • Responsible use & governance
Stream 03

Leadership in the era of AI

AI is changing what it means to lead. We work with executives and boards on the judgement calls this era demands — investment, operating models, and leading teams through continuous change.

  • Executive briefings
  • Board advisory
  • Leading AI-enabled teams

Whether in digital, AI or leadership —

capability is the transformation that lasts.

About us

Providing the ingredients for your organisational transformation.

Nutmeg was founded with a singular vision: to empower African businesses through world-class digital transformation.

What began as a small consultancy has grown into a provider of systems integration and ERP services across Africa. Our founders saw a gap in the market — world-class enterprise solutions existed globally, but few providers truly understood African business contexts.

Successful digital transformation goes beyond technology. Our approach integrates people, processes and systems with a deep understanding of business objectives. Every project begins with thorough discovery, followed by customised solutions aligned with your strategy and focused on measurable outcomes.

Our people are our greatest strength — more than 50 years of combined experience in digital transformation and senior business leadership. And as an AI-driven organisation, we hold ourselves to the same standard we set for clients: continuously building our own digital, AI and leadership capability.

Whether you need systems integration, digital capability to modernise your organisation, or leaders ready for the era of AI, we have the expertise and creativity to bring your goals to life.

We'd love to hear where your organisation is heading.
